Thank you for taking the time to consider us as a service provider for your company. We would like to provide you with an excellent service in which we follow the closing from start to finish. Let me take a moment to explain to you how we may provide this service.

Once you have a closing in which you need a signing agent, you may contact us with the date, time, and location of the closing. Your staff may contact us by phone, fax, or email. If you wish to use fax or email we can provide you with our company’s Closing Request Form which can be sent to us by either method. Once we receive the info we contact one of our closers in that area and schedule the closing. We will then contact you within the hour and advise you of the closers name for your documents.

After it is scheduled you can send the documents to us and we will forward them to the closer using the necessary methods. Upon completion of the closing your staff will be notified of its completion. At that time we will send you an invoice from our company via email, fax, or mail whichever you prefer. As for the documents, our signing agents are instructed to return the documents to you directly without any delay.

Please know that we have signing agents in all states, excluding attorney states, and can always complete your closings on schedule. All of our agents are screened and only the most professional, experienced agents are scheduled. All of our agents are able to receive documents via email and have the proper connections and printers.

Our services are charged at an all inclusive fee and vary depending upon the type of closing you are requesting. Please refer to the attached rate sheet for fees. There are never any additional charges for things such as additional copies. We also have discounted rates depending on different factors. Please feel free to contact me to discuss such rates.
