What we expect from our signing agents:
Punctuality: Please show up on time or slightly early for your
closing appointments.
Professionalism: Interstate Closing Services takes pride in our industry,
and expects our signing agents to present themselves in a professional manner. You
are expected to explain each document thoroughly without offering any legal advice.
Please dress in business or business casual attire and present yourself respectfully.
Perseverance: Our signing agents are expected to act accordingly to
get the job completed while staying within the guidelines of the law. Please be
diligent while completing your assignment and do not hesitate to call the title
company with any questions that pertain to the assignment at hand. Billing questions
should be directed toward Interstate Closings.
What our signing agents can expect from us:
Punctuality: Interstate Closing will send the documents that pertain
to your assignment to you on time, and usually with plenty of time to spare.
Professionalism: Interstate Closing will treat you with the same respect
that we do our clients. We will be here during normal business hours to answer any
questions you may have regarding any situation pertaining to our assignments. Any
questions regarding documents should be directed toward the title company.
Perseverance: Following the same expectation we have for our agents,
Interstate Closings will do what it takes to get the job done. We will go to great
lengths to provide you with what you need to complete your assignments.
Billing: Interstate Closings will pay each signing agent the all inclusive
fee that was agreed upon, prior to taking the assignment, if in fact the closing
is completed. If a closing is not completed due to no fault of the agent, Interstate
agrees to pay half of the agreed upon fee (also known as a trip charge) upon our
receipt of payment from our client. Please contact signingagents@interstateclosing.net
